On arrival at the International Airport you will clear immigration, get your bags, go through the customs scan of your bags and then exit into the ARRIVAL LOBBY. There will two be two sliding doors to choose from when you exit and the tourist information desk is in the middle of the arrival hall, this is where the driver will greet you. Look for a sign with your name on it.

Today your driver/guide will be at the Hotel at 9:00 a.m., to start with the City tour you visit the Miraflores Locks (Panama Canal) and Casco Viejo (the colonial section of Panama City). The entrance fee for the Miraflores Locks is not included. After the city tour you will be dropped off at your accommodation.

If you prefer to stay in Casco Viejo just tell your driver, it is nice to stroll around this old part of town and watch the daily life or have a nice lunch. Later it will be easy for you to catch a taxi back home.

Around 9:30 a.m. a driver waiting to bring you to Alamo rent a car to pick up the car we have reserved for you.

We will include extra information car rental that you can read and route description to the Hotel. In El Valle, you found trails for hiking, waterfalls and the Zoo where you can see the Golden frog and other species.

At the Hotel, they can give you more information and directions to the different spots.

Today you drive to the Pacific Coast to Las Lajas in San Felix. Your Hotel is located few minutes away from the Beach and here you can enjoy nature, local Indian communities and horseback riding along the beach.

Today your nativa guide Gama (white is English speaking) will take you to the Guaymi tribe.Here you have the chance to get to know them and have an interesting talk about daily experiences, and both their and your beliefs.

First, we take you to a mountain village of the Guaymi, or also called Ngabe Bugle. You will walk through nature on the Indian trails, passing rivers to meet this other culture. The tour will take at least half a day and you have to be able to walk well on small, sometimes steep paths.

Most part of the year you can have a refreshing dip in a natural pool with waterfall.

Boquete is adorned with rainforest, volcanic peaks, coffee plantations, orchid farms and flower-filled towns which truly seem to be enchanted.

This is the perfect place if you are looking for adventure activities like Canopy Zipline tours, hiking or simply a very nice cup of coffee.

Today you meet your guide around 08.00 in the small village after a drive to the Finca we start our amazing hike to our privately-owned Falling Waterfalls, into remote virgin cloud forest of Chiriquí High lands, surrounding the perimeter of Vulcan Baru National Park.

The trail parallels the river La Zumbona, a gorgeous river that is spilling into the Rio Caldera. With more than a hundred of bird species native to the area, including the elusive Resplendent Quetzal, birding opportunities abound.

Not only does this hike offer the chance to see beautiful waterfalls and rare birds, it also provides unique opportunities to observe the white-headed capuchin (Cebu’s cappuccinos), monkeys. Enjoy a picnic at the base of one of Boquete’s most exquisite waterfalls and rejuvenate with an invigorating shower. Please be advised that you will need warm clothing and a rain jacket if you have one.

After about 3hr hike on a primary forest we will come back to the main house for lunch, including fresh fruit and vegies from the season and the farm, also a nice organic salad and meat from the farm – pork, chicken.

After enjoying the lunch, we will pass to the coffee part, these 3 hectares farm has a bit more than a hectare of organic coffee plants with some unique varieties as the famous Geisha (geisha) and yellow catuai, this is one of the few coffee beans that will ripe yellow.

We will start outside with a hike around the coffee plantation, we will explain about how we take care of our coffee plants in an organic way, to be able to have a successful harvest. Then we will go back inside to continue the explanation of the process of the coffee, the drying and the peeling process of the coffee beans. After this we will be ready to roast coffee in our own coffee roasting machine and of course taste the coffee that we just roasted! We will also show how to use the coffee skin to make and try an amazing tea.

Today you drive to “Alamo rent a car” in David and drop off the car. We reserved you a flight from David to Panama City.

Early before breakfast 4:30 a.m., a driver is waiting for your transfer to Albrook Airport for your flight to San Blas.

You are only allowed 14 kg per person and 4kg of hand luggage.

On arrival the staff of the lodge is waiting for your transfer by boat to the Lodge.

Your local guides will arrange your tour for today.

San Blas islands are part of the Comarca Guna Yala, the habitat of the colorful Guna Indians. The lodge where you will spend the next few days, Yandup Island lodge is unlike any hotel. It’s run by the Guns.

Time to say goodbye to San Blas and return to Panama City.

The staff of the Lodge will bring you to the airport for your flight and on arrival a driver will wait to bring you to Baru Lodge where you will stay for your last night in Panama.
